Fast and efficient delivery process!

First time here - great staff, quick service, nice lounge to wait in

Service was easy to schedule and I was in and out in no time.

I really appreciated the video of the individual that did my service. He did a wonderful job and it was reassuring to me that he explained and demonstrated that my tires and breaks were good to go. I don’t know who he is, but please if possible pass my thanks along

Had an appointment at 7:30 am and wasn’t called 4 hours later

I brought in my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq to have a recall software upgrade performed. The service department cautioned me that the work could require my car to stay at the dealer overnight, so they gave me a Lyriq loaner free of charge. When my car was returned, it was washed as I had requested. The whole process was smooth, and the service staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the employee handling the loaner process.
